Blackwings coming back to re-claim their high-tier throne after a 5-year absence?

The new OCG support combo'd with RaidRaptor - Force Strix opens up the potential to OTK, while solving the age-old problem of consistency, and viable Synchros.
I like Pinaka, the Waxing Moon. He is another lv 3 Tuner, he is searchable off of Whirlwind, but more importantly, he is another amazing Shura target to make sure that your Gales are snagged with Whirlwind. He is a Scarm, or Darksoul of the deck and he is worth picking up on his release.
Kris, the Crack of Dawn. This guy is interesting. 1900 atk. He can search most of your Blackwings, INCLUDING SHURA, while also being a potential spammer, but only once per turn. He is immune to things like Bottomless or Torrential, and he is a perfect companion to Shura and friends.
Nothung, the Starlight.... MAN, I was speculating when we'd get something like this! 2 normal summons per turn, with a built-in Cowboy effect tied to an atk/def drain to an opponent's monster is AMAZING! And the fact that he has 2400 atk, and he is lv 6 just makes him so much better!
Blackwing TAMER, Hawk Joe the Raven lets you recover much more easily than you ever could in the past. He also allows great combos with Oroshi, Gale and Blizzard, opening up some interesting plays and mini-loops. The fact that you can protect him in a similar fashion to The Legendary Six Samurai - Shi En is just astounding, and since he can reborn Gram, Armed Wing, Armor Master, Nothung, Silverwind and even another Hawk Joe is just great!
Harpie Harpist can also be abused by Blackwings!(Muahaha, time to return the favor!) The fact that she is a walking compulse says enough. BUT, I AM NOT FINISHED, She can search a lv 4 winged-beast with 1500 or less atk from your deck to your hand. This may not seem big, but think about it this way; Kochi the Daybreak is actually playable again. Casual BW decks can run Calima and the newer Raid Raptors with ease!
RaidRaptor - Rise Falcon is self explanitory.
Same with Force Strix.
The final thing I would like to add: Eradicator Epidemic Virus is even better in our feathered friends now.

Blackwings are definitefly coming back now they can search alot of cards in your deck i think its much easyer to recover with blackwings the hawk eye is really good but i still think it may be hard to win againts burning abyss or nekroz cause they have some recovery with searching as well but if u can deal with most of the stuff u are pretty much set i really think blackwings are really better with those searching cards man how i love to chat alone XD

By what i'm seeing it will be tier 1 or 2, i'm defeating most meta decks easly, WITHOUT RR, imagine with them, and good point wit Harpie Harpist, i was also thinking in Genex Ally Birdman to recycle Blizzard, and after summon you can synchro with the Blizzard target, or you can use it one the target to give the effects back, like if you summon Gale with Blizzard
