MADA, tell me what you think

I have this glorious idea. Members, what do you think of a MADA lottery? Each  month a pool of points will be accumulated and with a random number generator (1-100 to be fair), the member rolls it ONCE and that numbers is to them. At the end of the month, the person in charge will roll the generator and whoever number is posted, they win that pool of points. If the number the person who is in charge rolls hasn't been generated, they can roll again until a winner is picked. 
Now, if two members roll the same number, the first person keeps their number and the other members has to roll again. I think this would be a good thing cause who doesn't love points to get glows, a dorm test, and so on? I'm gonna leave a poll. Tell me yes or no if you are for the lottery or not.

i do like this idea but organizing it will probably be harder then it seems, as long as it will be possible and not put off most of the time im for it but if the time cannot be found for this then it may be better to not have it

Your concerns of scheduling/punctuality are there, yes.
All you need. Is one host that is either and admin or approved by the admins.. And one d100 dice. E-A-S-Y.
All the members have to do. Is roll. The. Dice.
BUT I think it must be a bitch for the lottery judge/host tho to roll until they hit a number. Lel
