Yugioh Role play info

ok ive been planning this for a while and finally gonna make it happen, also this is just for the information on how it will work and some things about the setting, sign ups will be on a different post but if you have any questions about the setting or how it works thoose questions go here, allright lets begin explaining then!

SETTING
It takes place in a city called "Duel city" an entire huge city dedicated to duel monsters, it mostly consists of duel schools, dormitories and card shops as well as arenas for dueling in, it is also home to corporation, the inventors of the solid vision duel system, the solid vision system is put in certain arenas so that under controlled enviroments duels where the monsters have a physical form can take place!
The city is ruled by a board of directors who are lead by a man who everyone refers to as "the director" under them are lower ranking officials and then the police, there is also "Duel Sec" wich are volunteers from duel schools who help keep the order in the city but bigger crime like robbery or murder is generally left for the police to handle and the police can override desicions made by members of Duel Sec (they are BTW called that after the city and not the game)
the technology of this world is preety similar to ours in most fields but they do have very advanced holografic technology (obviously) and very advanced medical technology as well as some other stuff but they are not that noticable
the role play will take place during the summer break to and its usually preety hot in the city during summer with occasional rain some days

HOW WILL IT WORK?
It will be like most RPs on this forum post by post role plays in wich you write it kinda like a book, see how sketch or Derpy write for a good example (do not read one of mine as i am still kinda bad at that)
For the most part we will either only mention important parts of duels and skip the rest or simply write the duels (if against an "NPC") if against an other player you will either have to agree on who will win and togheter write the duel or duel each other and then the winenr decides who will win the duel and then you write it togheter or if you dont wanna do that then i will either go fetch some of my real life dice and youl have to take my word for who won the dice rolls (i will roll two dices if it comes to this and you get to decide wheter you want the red or white dice, the highest one wins and get to decide who wins the duel)



remember the post to sign up will be a different one, this one is jsut to explain some things and answer questions you may have so if you are confused please ask me, i hope you will enjoy this RP and thats all for now

central plot? any specific issues plaguing the society as of late? any events coming up in the rp world? What is meant to drive characters in the beginning of the rp? you did a good job at describing the world itself, but right now you have explained the plot that would peak the interest of more people to join the rp. Unless a bunch of people read this and join to spite me. But still if you already decided on the plot itself, give a basic explanation of it.

Meni-chan, i think it's actually a better idea doing the duels over DN if they are PvP, and if you're going to use anime/manga for this, DevPro or YgoPro are here for that.

k, first of all i wanna say that the corporation is called Kuro corporation BTW and i accidently forgot to type kuro in, Kuro is the name of the family running it

There is a really big tournament coming up soon, as for problems plaguing the city its mainly corruption and some smaller criminal gangs and such as of now

well i did say if you cant decide who will win in a PvP match that you should first duel each other to decide who wins and i kinda assumed youd use DN for that
