Latest Topic Freeze Issue

A couple minutes ago, a member notified me of issues with the Latest Topic widget, according to him the Scroll sometimes stops and remains in a frozen state. If anyone else has experienced the same issue; please list the error below and it might just help me fix it.

i thought it was my computer lagging, it just dont move but every new topic is there so its not much of a problem for me

I'm not having an issue with the freezing thing but I am having an issue not being able to see the new topic stuff like the glow is not working or something and the only way I can see them is in the latest topic scroll area.
