MADA War Rubric

This a rubric that has been made and approved by the Big 4 (Lint, Sketch, Demon and myself). This will be a test of how fluent your deck is. We've re-evaluated it to be more fixated on how fluent the user is with their deck. We don't care if your deck is meta or not, we want to test how much experiance and how effective your deck is.

(Minimum to be suitable for war is 35/50)

"Neither player can add cards from their Deck to their hand except by drawing them. During either player's turn, when your opponent would Special Summon exactly 1 monster: You can send this face-up card to the Graveyard; negate the Special Summon, and if you do, destroy it."
