Monsoon The Heavy Rain solves the issue of not having a spammable level-4 Tuner that can be searched with Whirlwind off of virtually any Blackwing. He also gets rid of problem cards without triggering graveyard effects.

Armor Master's Charity. This was made to replace Cards for Black Feathers with a balanced, but usable draw card,. CfBF was a let-down because of how much restriction it has.

Zero The Swordmaster. This guy was made to combat things that Blackwings have always been weak to: Monsters that cannot be destroyed, and backrow.

Monsoon is an tuner? If yes it would open an good combo after the nothung+oroshi, making the possibility to bring Star Eater or Leo to the field using either Nothung or the summoned lvl 7 synchro

Okay, so I had 1 more monster I wanted to share...
Blackwing - Katana the Silent Gale
DARK, Lv 10 Synchro monster, Winged-Beast, 2700 ATK, 2500 DEF.
"Blackwing - Gale the Whirlwind" + 1 non-tuner "Blackwing" Synchro monster.
Must be Synchro summoned OR summoned by it's own effect and cannot be summoned by other ways.
This card's Synchro Summon cannot be negated.
If this card is banished by a card effect: Special summon it, also this card cannot be targeted or destroyed by card effects.
Once per turn, you can activate 1 of the following effects:
- Target 1 monster whose ATK is lower than this card's ATK: Destroy that target, then you can special summon up to 2 "Blackwing" monsters from your deck OR graveyard whose total def is lower than the destroyed monster's ATK. This effect can only be activated on your turn.
- Target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls whose current ATK is higher than this card's ATK: Halve that target's current ATK, then special summon 1 "Blackwing" monster from your deck or graveyard with an ATK equal to or lower than the targeted monster's. This is a quick effect.
