This is a custom banlist that Demon, Lint, and myself have made and we will be updating it after every OCG Tournament if possible. This list is only to be used for customary tournaments. Members do not have to abide by this list what-so-ever unless participating in said tournaments or events.

"Neither player can add cards from their Deck to their hand except by drawing them. During either player's turn, when your opponent would Special Summon exactly 1 monster: You can send this face-up card to the Graveyard; negate the Special Summon, and if you do, destroy it."
