Rainbow Neos

Chances are most of you have heard of this card. It's the fusion between Elemental HERO Neos and Rainbow Dragon. Now, this is just me, but I think running it in an E-Hero deck is a good idea. Below is the effect of the card:

Level 10
4500/3000
Warrior/Fusion/Effect
Elemental Hero Neos + Rainbow Dragon or Rainbow Dark Dragon.
This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon with the above Fusion Material Monsters. Once per turn,you can activate 1 of the following effects: 1) Send a monster you control to the Graveyard to return all monsters your opponent controls to the Deck. 2) Send 1 Spell or Trap Card you control to the Graveyard to return all Spell and Trap Cards your opponent controls to the Deck. 3) Send 1 card from the top of your Deck to the Graveyard to return all cards in your opponent's  Graveyard to the Deck.

Now-a-days, most people run a turbo version of E-Heroes that use just a few heroes. I don't consider a deck a Hero deck if it only has three or four total Heroes. I run a classic version of Heroes and I also have another deck that uses Masked Heroes. Now, I would like your opinion, would you run Rainbow Neos in a Hero deck? Yes? No? Why? I would love to hear what you have to say for the card.

i used to main a deck dedicated to summoning this guy as fast as possible, it wasnt good but i liked using it, and yes i think you should run it but that is only becuse i like the card im saying that not becuse it is good in todays meta, i have and will always like it and for me my true hero deck was the rainbow hero deck i had

I didn't run Rainbow Neos until recently (past four months). I have a Hero deck that only uses the big guys like, Zero, Nova Master, Shining, Gaia and so on. I'm glad that I do run him. I'm usually getting him out turn two or three.
