Critique the Stardog

I've been thinking that I need to analyze myself from other perspectives. I firmly believe that everything is up to critiquing. And I'd like for anyone who reads this post to critique me. My pros, my cons and as an overall person.

I want to acknowledge the cons that might be introduced and work on them to make myself a better person. Although I might disagree with what some people might consider a con; example: Too much JoJo.

Well let's see. You're active, friendly, fair and just with rules, entertaining, and just the right amount of silly.

I can't really think of anything negative that's worth noting.

Stardog, I don't know you super well, but from what I have met, talk to, and the what-not, you're a great guy.
As for the pros that I can think of, Nice -- Friendly -- Easy to talk to -- Online a lot -- Down to earth -- And a great admin.

I can't say much for the cons, because I look at what's good in the person rather than their flaws. It's been something I've always done. So, I'll leave it at that. Stay awesome, Doge!

You carry yourself around in a way that can be intimidating at the right times. And is just/fair and fun at the same time. A person easy to respect.
As for the negatives. Nothing here *shrug*

Stardog lets see here where do i begin one thing ive discovered is when you first meet this guy he well may seem very strict like one of those people who doesn't tolerate crap from nobody and why yes that is true he will have you banned in a heartbeat he is a funny person once you get to know him. Stardog is kind once you know him and knows when to have fun and to work from what ive seen. One big thing about him is how he handles situations he handles them very well. A con if i could come up with one would perhaps be strictness a new people other then that stardog is a fun person to be around. :doge:

only thing worth noting that isnt positive would be how suspicious you are of every single new person who hasnt been tested yet, i get why your suspicious but it makes us seem like a not so nice bunch if the first thing we do is start asking new people questions in a rude manner, however except for that i dont really see much negative things worth noting

I would agree that I have been harsher with the newer recruits but honestly in the past couple of weeks I've learned to just stop caring in general.

I've stopped caring what the recruit spot is listed, even suspicious ones like "N/A, Google, and Forumotion". Along with me caring less about caps (Still hate spam) to the point where I changed the rules slightly to accommodate me being less anal about it.

Couple weeks ago? I would definitely agree that I was really harsh on new recruits and extremely suspicious of the DN name/recruit name.

Might not be a bad idea to remove "Recruiter" as a "needed" fill in spot.
