Hot Red Dragon Archfiend Belial came last, than whom a spirit more lewd.

Booster SP – High-Speed Riders:

SPHR-JP001 Speedroid Beigomax
• The (1) effect of this card is not classified as an Ignition, Trigger, Quick, or Continuous Effect. (A chain is not created when this card is Special Summoned this way.)
• The (2) effect of this card is a Trigger Effect. (It does not target, and can be activated during the Damage Step.)
• If you do not have a “Speedroid” monster in your Deck other than Speedroid Beigomax, you cannot activate this effect.
• If Speedroid Beigomax is Special Summoned by a card effect that was activated as Chain Link 2 or higher, the effect of Speedroid Beigomax cannot be activated.

SPHR-JP002 Speedroid Three-Eyed Dice
• The (1) effect of this card is a Trigger Effect that activates in the Graveyard. (It does not target. The cost to activate this effect is banishing Speedroid Three-Eyed Dice from your Graveyard. Also, you cannot activate this effect during the Damage Step.)
• If the effect of Speedroid Three-Eyed Dice is activated, it negates 1 attack after the effect has been applied. (Neither player is able to choose which attack is negated.)
• Negating the opponent’s monster’s attack does not create a chain.
• During the first turn of the Duel, or during a turn in which the Battle Phase cannot be conducted, the effect of Speedroid Three-Eyed Dice cannot be activated. Also, it cannot be activated during Main Phase 2 or the End Phase.

SPHR-JP003 Speedroid Double Yo-yo
• The (1) effect of this card is a Trigger Effect.
• This effect targets 1 Level 3 or lower “Speedroid” monster in your Graveyard.
• If the effect of Ultimate Offering is activated as Chain Link 2, and Speedroid Double Yo-yo is Normal Summoned, its effect cannot be activated.

SPHR-JP004 Speedroid Shave Boomerang
• The (1) effect of this card is a Continuous Effect.
• The (2) effect of this card is an Ignition Effect. (This effect targets 1 face-up monster on the field. A monster on either side of the field can be targeted with this effect. You can even target Speedroid Shave Boomerang itself.)
• This effect can only be activated if Speedroid Shave Boomerang is in face-up Attack Position.
• Changing this card to Defense Position, and reducing the targeted monster’s ATK by 800 both happen simultaneously.

SPHR-JP005 Speedroid Menkoto
• The (1) effect of this card is a Trigger Effect.
• This effect does not target.
• Special Summoning this card from your hand, and changing all face-up monsters on your opponent’s side of the field to Defense Position both happen simultaneously.

SPHR-JP006 Speedroid Taketonborg
• The (1) effect of this card is not classified as an Ignition, Trigger, Quick, or Continuous Effect. (A chain is not created when this card is Special Summoned this way.)
• The (2) effect of this card is an Ignition Effect. (This effect does not target. The cost to activate this card is Tributing Speedroid Taketonborg.)
• Special Summoning a “Speedroid” Tuner monster from your Deck is the last part of the effect to resolve. (The part of the effect that prevents you from Special Summoning monsters other than WIND monsters for the rest of the turn is also applied immediately.)
• If you do not have a “Speedroid” Tuner monster in your Deck, you cannot activate the effect of Speedroid Taketonborg.

SPHR-JP007 Speedroid Ohajikid
• The (1) effect of this card is a Trigger Effect. (It targets 1 Tuner monster in either player’s Graveyard.)
• If the effect of Ultimate Offering is activated as Chain Link 2, and Speedroid Ohajikid is Normal Summoned, its effect cannot be activated.
• When resolving the effect of Speedroid Ohajikid, the targeted Tuner monster is Special Summoned. After the effect of Speedroid Ohajikid has finished resolving, a Synchro Summon is performed using Speedroid Ohajikid and the Special Summoned monster.
• The targeted monster’s Level in the Graveyard must be appropriate for performing a Synchro Summon of a WIND monster along with Speedroid Ohajikid. (For example, if you want to target a Level 3 Speedroid Three-Eyed Dice in your Graveyard, a monster such as Hi-Speedroid Kendama must be present in your Extra Deck.)

SPHR-JP008 Speedroid Red-Eyed Dice
• The (1) effect of this card is a Trigger Effect. (It targets 1 face-up “Speedroid” monster on your side of the field other than Speedroid Red-Eyed Dice. Also, it can be activated during the Damage Step.)
• A “Hi-Speedroid” monster can also be targeted with the effect of Speedroid Red-Eyed Dice.
• If Speedroid Red-Eyed Dice is Special Summoned by the effect of a card that was activated as Chain Link 2 or higher, its effect cannot be activated.
• You declare a Level from 1-6 when the effect is activated. (Incidentally, you cannot declare the same Level as the target’s current Level.)

SPHR-JP010 Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider
• Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider is treated as a “roid” monster.
• The (1) effect of this card is a Continuous Effect.
• The (2) effect of this card is a Trigger Effect. (It does not target.)
• This effect activates at the start of the Damage Step, whether Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider attacks or is attacked.
• The (3) effect of this card is a Trigger Effect that activates in the Graveyard. (This effect targets 1 of your banished “Speedroid” cards. You can activate it during the Damage Step.)
• This effect of Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider can be activated not only when Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider is destroyed by battle or card effect, but also when it is Tributed for a Tribute Summon, or if its Synchro Summon is negated, and it is sent to the Graveyard thereafter.

SPHR-JP011 Speed Rebirth
• The (1) effect of this card is the effect that is activated when you activate Speed Rebirth itself. (This effect targets 1 “Speedroid” monster in your Graveyard.)
• The (2) effect of this card is an effect that activates in the Graveyard, and creates a chain. (This effect targets 1 “Speedroid” monster in your Graveyard. Banishing Speed Rebirth from the Graveyard is the cost to activate this effect.)
• The effect that activates in the Graveyard can only be activated during your Main Phase.
• Adding a monster to your hand is the last part of the effect to resolve.

SPHR-JP012 Hidden Shot
• This card targets 2 cards on the field.
• The selected targets may be from either your or your opponent’s side of the field. Also, you can target either face-up or face-down cards.
• If you only wish to target 1 card on the field, you only banish 1 “Speedroid” monster from your Graveyard as this card’s cost. Similarly, if you wish to target 2 cards, you must banish 2 “Speedroid” monsters.
• “Hi-Speedroid” monsters in your Graveyard can be banished to pay this card’s cost.

SPHR-JP013 Synchro Cracker
• This card targets 1 face-up Synchro Monster on your side of the field.
• Returning the targeted monster to the Extra Deck, and destroying monsters on your opponent’s side of the field, both apply simultaneously.
• If there are no monsters on your opponent’s side of the field with equal or less ATK than the original ATK of a Synchro Monster on your side of the field, Synchro Cracker cannot be activated.

SPHR-JP014 Dice Roll Battle
• The (1) effect of this card is the effect that is activated when you activate Dice Roll Battle itself. (This effect targets 1 “Speedroid” monster in your Graveyard.)
• Banishing the monsters from your hand and Graveyard, and Special Summoning a Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck, both apply simultaneously.
• If you do not have a “Speedroid” Tuner monster in your hand, you cannot activate Dice Roll Battle.
• The (2) effect of this card activates in the Graveyard, and creates a chain. (This effect targets a total of 2 cards; 1 face-up Attack Position Synchro Monster on each player’s side of the field. Banishing Dice Roll Battle from your Graveyard is the cost to activate its effect.)

SPHR-JP015 Red Sprinter
• The (1) effect of this card is a Trigger Effect. (It can be activated during the Damage Step.)
• The effect of Red Sprinter does not target. (You choose whether to Special Summon a Level 3 Fiend-Type Tuner monster from your hand or Graveyard when the effect resolves.)
• If Red Sprinter is Special Summoned by the effect of a card that was activated as Chain Link 2 or higher, its effect cannot be activated.

SPHR-JP016 Red Resonator
• The (1) effect of this card is a Trigger Effect. (It does not target.)
• If you do not have a Level 4 or lower monster in your hand, you cannot activate the effect of Red Resonator.
• The (2) effect of this card is a Trigger Effect. (It targets 1 face-up monster on the field. You can also target Red Resonator itself. You can activate this effect during the Damage Step.)
• If Red Resonator is Normal or Special Summoned by the effect of a card that was activated as Chain Link 2 or higher, its effects cannot be activated.

SPHR-JP017 Synchlon Resonator
• The (1) effect of this card is not classified as an Ignition, Trigger, Quick, or Continuous Effect. (A chain is not created when this card is Special Summoned this way.)
• The (2) effect of this card is a Trigger Effect that activates in the Graveyard. (This effect targets 1 “Resonator” monster in your Graveyard other than Synchlon Resonator. You can activate this effect during the Damage Step.)
• This effect of Synchlon Resonator can be activated not only when Synchlon Resonator is destroyed by battle or card effect, but also when it is Tributed for a Tribute Summon, or used for a Synchro Summon, and it is sent to the Graveyard thereafter.

SPHR-JP018 Chain Resonator
• The (1) effect of this card is a Trigger Effect.
• It does not target.
• If you do not have a “Resonator” monster in your Deck other than Chain Resonator, you cannot activate this effect.
• If the effect of Ultimate Offering is activated as Chain Link 2, and Chain Resonator is Normal Summoned, its effect cannot be activated.

SPHR-JP019 Mirror Resonator
• The (1) effect of this card is an Ignition Effect that activates in the hand or Graveyard. (It does not target.)
• The effect finishes resolving once Mirror Resonator is Special Summoned from the hand or Graveyard.
• Banishing this card when it would leave the field does not create a chain.
• The (2) effect of this card is an Ignition Effect that activates on the field. (This effect targets 1 face-up monster on your opponent’s side of the field.)

SPHR-JP022 Red Wyvern
• The (1) effect of this card is a Quick Effect. (It cannot be activated during the Damage Step.)
• The effect of Red Wyvern does not target. When resolving the effect, destroy the monster on the field with the highest ATK.
• When resolving the effect, if there are 2 or more monsters that share the highest ATK on the field, the player who activated the effect of Red Wyvern chooses which one to destroy.
• The effect of a Synchro Summoned Red Wyvern can only be activated once while it is face-up on the field. (If it is Special Summoned from the Graveyard by the effect of Monster Reborn, its effect cannot be activated.)

SPHR-JP026 Red Cocoon
• The (1) effect of this card is the effect that is activated when you activate Red Cocoon itself. (This effect targets 1 Dragon-Type Synchro Monster on your side of the field, and cannot be activated during the Damage Step.)
• The (2) effect of this card is applied after Red Cocoon has resolved and is equipped to a monster. (This effect does not create a chain.)
• Whether the equipped monster attacks or is attacked, this effect will apply and negate the effects of your opponent’s face-up monsters.
• The (3) effect of this card activates in the Graveyard during the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard. (This effect targets 1 Red Dragon Archfiend in your Graveyard.)

SPHR-JP028 PSYFrame Driver

SPHR-JP029 PSYFrame Gear Alpha

• Special Summoning PSYFrame Gear Gamma and PSYFrame Driver, negating the activation of the monster effect, and destroying it, all occur simultaneously.
• You cannot activate this effect if you do not have PSYFrame Driver in your hand, Deck, or Graveyard.

SPHR-JP032 PSYFrame Gear Delta

• Banishing the Special Summoned monsters during the End Phase does not create a chain.
• Special Summoning PSYFrame Gear Delta and PSYFrame Driver, negating the activation of the Spell Card, and destroying it, all occur simultaneously.
• You cannot activate this effect if you do not have PSYFrame Driver in your hand, Deck, or Graveyard.

SPHR-JP033 PSYFrame Gear Epsilon

• Banishing the Special Summoned monsters during the End Phase does not create a chain.
• Special Summoning PSYFrame Gear Epsilon and PSYFrame Driver, negating the activation of the Trap Card, and destroying it, all occur simultaneously.
• You cannot activate this effect if you do not have PSYFrame Driver in your hand, Deck, or Graveyard.

SPHR-JP034 PSYFrame Lord Zeta
• The (1) effect of this card is a Quick Effect. (It targets 1 face-up Attack Position Special Summoned monster on your opponent’s side of the field. You cannot activate this effect during the Damage Step.)

SPHR-JP037 PSYFrame Overload
• The activation of PSYFrame Overload itself can be done at any time outside of the Damage Step.

• You can activate this effect of PSYFrame Overload in the same Chain Link as the activation of the card itself.
• The (2) effect of this card activates in the Graveyard, and creates a chain. (It does not target. Banishing this card from your Graveyard is the cost to activate this effect. Also, you cannot activate this effect during the Damage Step.)

SPHR-JP038 Goyo Chaser

SPHR-JP039 Goyo Predator
• The (1) effect of this card is a Trigger Effect. (It does not target. You activate this effect at the end of the Damage Step when the opponent’s monster is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard.)

Assorted rulings:

Q: If Speedroid Beigomax is Special Summoned by another card’s effect, rather than its own effect that Special Summons it from the hand, can its effect that adds a “Speedroid” monster from the Deck to the hand be activated?
A: Even if Speedroid Beigomax is Special Summoned by another card such as Monster Reborn, its effect that adds a “Speedroid” monster from the Deck to the hand can be activated. However, if Speedroid Beigomax is Special Summoned by Call of the Haunted at Chain Link 2 or higher, its effect cannot be activated.

Q: I have 2 copies of Speedroid Three-Eyed Dice in my Graveyard. During my opponent’s Main Phase 1, if I activate both of their effects, will I be able to negate 2 of my opponent’s attacks this turn?
A: No, you cannot. During your opponent’s Main Phase 1, before your opponent has declared any attacks, if you activate the effects of both copies of Speedroid Three-Eyed Dice, each effect will negate the first attack that your opponent makes during their Battle Phase. So, if the effects of each copy will only negate 1 attack.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: During my opponent’s Main Phase 1, if I activate the effect of Speedroid Three-Eyed Dice, but my opponent does not conduct their Battle Phase this turn, what happens with the effect of Speedroid Three-Eyed Dice?
A: In this scenario, if your opponent does not conduct their Battle Phase or attack with any monsters, the effect of Speedroid Three-Eyed Dice cannot be applied. (The effect of Speedroid Three-Eyed Dice can only be applied during the turn it is activated.)

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: During my opponent’s Main Phase 1, I activate the effect of a Speedroid Three-Eyed Dice in my Graveyard. If a monster that has become unaffected by other card effects due to the effect of Divine Dragon Knight Felgrand is the first monster to attack this turn, what happens to its attack?
A: In this scenario, the effect of Speedroid Three-Eyed Dice is applied, but since the attacking monster is unaffected by other card effects by the effect of Divine Dragon Knight Felgrand, the attack is not negated and proceeds normally. Note that even in this case, the effect of Speedroid Three-Eyed Dice is considered to have applied, so no further attacks will be negated by its effect.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: If the effect of Speedroid Double Yo-yo is activated, but Book of Moon or Compulsory Evacuation Device are chained so that Speedroid Double Yo-yo is not face-up on the field when its effect resolves, is the effect still applied?
A: Even in this scenario, the targeted monster is Special Summoned normally.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: If Speedroid Shave Boomerang is Normal Summoned while the effect of Skill Drain is applying, can it attack this turn?
A: While the effect of Skill Drain is applying, since the first effect of Speedroid Shave Boomerang is negated, it can attack during the same turn it is Normal Summoned. If Speedroid Shave Boomerang is Normal Summoned during your Main Phase while the effect of Skill Drain is applying, but Skill Drain is destroyed before attacking during the Battle Phase, the first effect of Speedroid Shave Boomerang will begin applying again and it will not be able to attack.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: A Speedroid Shave Boomerang that was Normal Summoned this turn is face-up on my side of the field, and its effects are being negated by Skill Drain. In Speedroid Shave Boomerang attacks, but Mystical Space Typhoon is activated and Skill Drain is destroyed during the Battle Step, what happens to the attack?
A: In this scenario, after Skill Drain is destroyed, the first effect of Speedroid Shave Boomerang will begin applying again, and the attack stops. Thereafter, even if the effects of Speedroid Shave Boomerang are negated again during the Battle Phase by Forbidden Chalice, it will not be able to declare another attack.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: A Speedroid Shave Boomerang that was Normal Summoned this turn is face-up on my side of the field. If Speedroid Shave Boomerang is changed to face-down Defense Position by Book of Moon, and then flipped face-up again by Ceasefire, will it be able to attack this turn?
A: Even in this case, since Speedroid Shave Boomerang is considered to have been Normal Summoned this turn, its first effect will apply and it will not be able to attack again.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: Can the second effect of Speedroid Shave Boomerang be activated by targeting a monster with 0 ATK?
A: Yes, it can. In that case, Speedroid Shave Boomerang is changed to Defense Position, and the targeted monster loses 800 ATK, resulting in its ATK remaining 0.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: If the second effect of Speedroid Shave Boomerang is activated, but Book of Moon or Compulsory Evacuation Device are chained so that the targeted monster is not face-up on the field when this effect resolves, is the effect still applied?
A: In this scenario, Speedroid Shave Boomerang will switch to Defense Position, and the effect will end there.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: If the second effect of Speedroid Shave Boomerang is activated, but Book of Moon or Zero Gravity are chained so that Speedroid Shave Boomerang is already in Defense Position when its effect resolves, is the effect still applied?
A: In this scenario, since the effect of Speedroid Shave Boomerang cannot switch it to Defense Position, the effect of making the targeted monster lose 800 ATK is also not applied.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: If a face-up Defense Position Superheavy Samurai Warlord Susanowo on my opponent’s side of the field attacks directly, and is the only monster on my opponent’s side of the field, can I activate the effect of Speedroid Menkoto?
A: In this scenario, if there are no monsters on your opponent’s side of the field that can be switched to Defense Position, the effect of Speedroid Menkoto cannot be activated.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: If the effect of Speedroid Menkoto is activated, but Compulsory Evacuation Device is chained and the opponent’s attacking monster is no longer on the field, how does the effect resolve?
A: When resolving the effect of Speedroid Menkoto, even if the monster that declared the attack is no longer on the field, the effect applies normally. (Note that in case there are no face-up Attack Position monsters remaining on your opponent’s side of the field, only the part of the effect that Special Summons Speedroid Menkoto from the hand is applied, and the rest of the effect does not.)

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: If the effect of Speedroid Menkoto is activated, but Vanity’s Emptiness is chained and it is not possible to Special Summon monsters, how does the effect resolve?
A: In this situation, since Speedroid Menkoto cannot be Special Summoned, the part of its effect that changes all face-up monsters on the opponent’s side of the field to Defense Position is not applied. (Speedroid Menkoto remains in the hand.)

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: If the effect of Speedroid Menkoto is activated, but the opponent’s Mind Crush is chained and declares Speedroid Menkoto, how does the effect resolve?
A: In this situation, the effect of Mind Crush that is chained to the effect of Speedroid Menkoto will discard Speedroid Menkoto to the Graveyard. This means that since Speedroid Menkoto cannot be Special Summoned, the part of its effect that changes all face-up monsters on the opponent’s side of the field to Defense Position is not applied.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: If the effect of Speedroid Menkoto is activated, but the Magic Cylinder is chained and negates the attacking monster’s attack, how does the effect resolve?
A: When resolving the effect of Speedroid Menkoto, even if the direct attack was negated, the effect is applied normally.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: I have 5 monsters on my side of the field, including Speedroid Taketonborg. Can I activate the effect of Speedroid Taketonborg?
A: Even in this case, you can activate the effect of Speedroid Taketonborg by Tributing it. In that case, the effect is applied normally, Special Summoning a “Speedroid” Tuner monster from your Deck. (The Special Summoned monster will be Special Summoned in the Monster Zone that had been occupied by Speedroid Taketonborg.)

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: While the effect of Skill Drain is applying, can the effect of Speedroid Taketonborg be activated?
A: While the effect of Skill Drain is applying, the effect of Speedroid Taketonborg can be activated by Tributing it. In that case, the effect is applied normally, Special Summoning a “Speedroid” Tuner monster from your Deck. (The part of the effect that only allows you to Special Summon WIND monsters for the rest of this turn is also applied.)

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: If the effects of Forbidden Chalice have been applied to Speedroid Taketonborg, can its effect be activated?
A: Even in this situation, the effect of Speedroid Taketonborg can be activated by Tributing it. However, since the effects of Speedroid Taketonborg are being negated by Forbidden Chalice, the effect is not applied.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: If I activate the effect of Speedroid Taketonborg, but the activation is negated by Divine Wrath, can I still Special Summon WIND monsters for the rest of this turn?
A: Since the activation of the effect of Speedroid Taketonborg is negated, the part of the effect that only allows you to Special Summon WIND monsters for the rest of this turn does not apply.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: Does the effect of Speedroid Ohajikid have to target a “Speedroid” Tuner monster?
A: The Tuner monster in the Graveyard targeted by the effect of Speedroid Ohajikid does not have to be a “Speedroid” monster. However, it does have to target a monster that you can use with Speedroid Ohajikid to Synchro Summon a WIND monster immediately after the effect resolves. (You must target a Tuner monster that is the correct Synchro Material along with Speedroid Ohajikid for a WIND Synchro Monster present in your Extra Deck.)

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: The effect of Speedroid Ohajikid is activated by targeting a Debris Dragon in the Graveyard. In that case, must I be able to Synchro Summon a WIND Dragon-Type monster?
A: In this scenario, Speedroid Ohajikid (Level 3) and the targeted Debris Dragon (Level 4) have a combined Level total of 7, meaning you must have a Level 7 WIND Synchro Monster in your Extra Deck in order to activate the effect of Speedroid Ohajikid. Furthermore, you must also satisfy the conditions stated in the text of Debris Dragon that prevent it from being used for a Synchro Summon unless it is for a Dragon-Type monster. Thus, you must be able to Synchro Summon a WIND Dragon-Type Synchro Monster such as Clear Wing Synchro Dragon.

Q: Can Solemn Judgment be activated when the effect of Speedroid Ohajikid is activated?
A: Solemn Judgment cannot be chained to the effect of Speedroid Ohajikid. However, when performing the Synchro Summon of a WIND monster after applying the effect of Speedroid Ohajikid, Solemn Judgment can be activated to negate the Synchro Summon.

Q: I activate the effect of Speedroid Ohajikid by targeting a Genex Ally Birdman in my Graveyard. If my opponent chains Star Changer to the activation, and the Level of Speedroid Ohajikid is reduced by 1, how will its effect resolve?
A: Since Speedroid Ohajikid is Level 3, and the targeted Genex Ally Birdman is Level 3, you must have a Level 6 WIND Synchro Monster (such as Hi-Speedroid Kendama) in your Extra Deck or else you could not have activated the effect. In this scenario, if the Level of Speedroid Ohajikid is reduced by 1 by the effect of Star Changer, it becomes Level 2, so along with the Level 3 Genex Ally Birdman you must Synchro Summon a Level 5 WIND Synchro Monster (such as Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider). However, if a Synchro Monster that you can Synchro Summon does not exist in your Extra Deck, only the part of the effect that Special Summons the targeted monster from the Graveyard is applied.

Q: If I activate the effect of Speedroid Ohajikid, but Book of Moon, Compulsory Evacuation Device, or Enemy Controller are chained so that Speedroid Ohajikid is not face-up on my side of the field when its effect resolves, is the effect still applied?
A: If you activate the effect of Speedroid Ohajikid, but it is changed to face-down Defense Position by Book of Moon, or returned to the hand by Compulsory Evacuation Device, or control of it changes by the effect of Enemy Controller, the part of its effect that Special Summons the targeted monster from the Graveyard is applied, but you cannot perform a Synchro Summon of a WIND monster afterward.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: If the effect of Speedroid Ohajikid is activated, but the effect of D.D. Crow is chained so that the targeted monster is no longer in the Graveyard, is the effect still applied?
A: In this scenario, the effects of Speedroid Ohajikid are not applied.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: If the effect of Speedroid Red-Eyed Dice is activated, but Book of Moon or Compulsory Evacuation Device are chained so that Speedroid Red-Eyed Dice is not face-up on the field when its effect resolves, is the effect still applied?
A: Even in this scenario, the effect of Speedroid Red-Eyed Dice is applied normally.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: If the effect of Speedroid Red-Eyed Dice is activated, but Book of Moon or Compulsory Evacuation Device are chained so that the monster targeted by the effect is not face-up on the field when that effect resolves, is it still applied?
A: In this scenario, the effect of Speedroid Red-Eyed Dice is not applied.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: How is the second effect of Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider that makes it gain ATK applied?
A: The second effect of Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider can be activated at the start of the Damage Step when it battles, and it will gain 200 ATK. This ATK increase remains as long as Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider is face-up on the field. Furthermore, if Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider battles again, its effect can be activated again, and it will gain another 200 ATK (making its ATK 2400).

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: Can the second effect of Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider be activated when it attacks directly, when it battles a monster, or either?
A: The effect of Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider that makes it gain 200 ATK can be activated whether it attacks directly or battles a monster.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: If a face-down Defense Position Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider on my side of the field is attacked by an opponent’s monster, can its effect that makes it gain 200 ATK be activated?
A: The effect of Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider activates at the start of the Damage Step. (This effect activates before a face-down Defense Position monster is flipped face-up.) Therefore, in this scenario, if a face-down Defense Position Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider is attacked by an opponent’s monster, Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider is not face-up at the start of the Damage Step so its effect cannot be activated.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: The second effect of Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider has been applied, making its ATK 2200. Then, if my opponent activates Breakthrough Skill, negating the effects of Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider, what happens to its ATK?
A: In this situation, if the effects of Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider are negated by Breakthrough Skill, its ATK returns to 2000. Even after the effect of Breakthrough Skill stops applying, the ATK of Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider remains 2000. (But after the effect of Breakthrough Skill stops applying, if the effect of Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider is activated again when it battles, it will gain 200 ATK.)

Q: The second effect of Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider has been applied, making its ATK 2200. If my opponent activates the effect of their Blackwing – Gale the Whirlwind, halving the ATK and DEF of Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider, what does its ATK become? Subsequently, if Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider battles again, can its effect be activated at the start of the Damage Step?
A: In this scenario, the ATK and DEF of Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider will become 1100 and 500 respectively after applying the effect of Blackwing – Gale the Whirlwind. Then, if Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider battles again and its effect is activated, its ATK will increase to 1300 and its DEF will remain 500.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: If the Synchro Summon of Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider is negated by Solemn Judgment, and Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, can its third effect be activated?
A: Even in this case, since Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider was sent to the Graveyard, its effect can be activated.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: The third effect of Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider is activated by targeting a banished Speedroid Ohajikid. If Burial from a Different Dimension is chained, returning the targeted Speedroid Ohajikid to the Graveyard, how does the effect of Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider resolve?
A: In this scenario, the effect of Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider does not apply. (The targeted monster is not added to your hand.)

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: Can the third effect of Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider be activated by targeting a banished Hi-Speedroid Kendama?
A: Yes, it can. In that case, when resolving the effect, Hi-Speedroid Kendama returns to the Extra Deck rather than being added to your hand.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: Can Speed Rebirth be activated by targeting Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider? In addition, can the second effect of Speed Rebirth be activated by targeting Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider?
A: Speed Rebirth can be activated by targeting Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider. (However, if Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider was sent directly from the Extra Deck to the Graveyard by an effect such as Zaborg the Mega Monarch, it cannot be targeted.) In addition, the second effect of Speed Rebirth can be activated by targeting Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider. (In that case, when resolving the effect, Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider is returned to the Extra Deck instead of being added to your hand.)

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: When activated Hidden Shot, can Hidden Shot itself be targeted for its own effect?
A: No, it cannot.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: Hidden Shot is activated by targeting 2 cards on the field. If the effect of Constellar Pleiades is chained by targeting 1 of those 2 cards, so that only 1 card targeted by Hidden Shot remains on the field, how does it resolve?
A: In this situation, the remaining targeted card on the field is destroyed normally.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: Can Synchro Cracker be activated by targeting a Synchro Monster with an original ATK of 0, such as Cloudcastle or Jurrac Velphito?
A: If there are any monsters on your opponent’s side of the field with 0 ATK, it is possible to activate Synchro Cracker by targeting Cloudcastle or Jurrac Velphito. (In this case, the opponent’s monsters with 0 ATK are destroyed.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: Can Synchro Cracker be activated by targeting a Stardust Dragon that was Special Summoned by the effect of Starlight Road?
A: Yes, you can. In that case, the effect of Synchro Cracker resolves normally.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: Can the effect of Stardust Dragon be chained to Synchro Cracker?
A: Yes, it can.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: Can Starlight Road be chained to Synchro Cracker?
A: If there are 2 or more monsters on the opponent’s side of the field with ATK less than or equal to the original ATK of the targeted Synchro Monster, the opponent can chain Starlight Road to Synchro Cracker.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: Synchro Cracker is activated by targeting Hi-Speedroid Kendama. If Ring of Destruction is chained, and Hi-Speedroid Kendama is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, how does Synchro Cracker resolve?
A: In this scenario, you cannot apply the effect that returns the targeted monster to the Extra Deck, so the part of the effect that destroys monsters on the field is also not applied.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: Synchro Cracker is activated by targeting Hi-Speedroid Kendama. If Book of Moon is chained, and Hi-Speedroid Kendama is changed to face-down Defense Position, how does Synchro Cracker resolve?
A: Even in this situation, Synchro Cracker resolves normally. (Hi-Speedroid Kendama is returned to its owner’s Extra Deck, and all monsters on the opponent’s side of the field with 2200 ATK or less are destroyed.)

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: Synchro Cracker is activated by targeting Hi-Speedroid Kendama. If Enemy Controller is chained, and Hi-Speedroid Kendama changes control, how does Synchro Cracker resolve?
A: Even in this situation, Synchro Cracker resolves normally. (Hi-Speedroid Kendama is returned to its owner’s Extra Deck, and all monsters on the opponent’s side of the field with 2200 ATK or less are destroyed.)

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: My opponent has a face-up Alexandrite Dragon and Odd-Eyes Saber Dragon face-up on their side of the field. In this case, Synchro Cracker is activated by targeting Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider. If my opponent chains Compulsory Evacuation Device, and returns Alexandrite Dragon to their hand, how does Synchro Cracker resolve?
A: In this case, even though the opponent no longer controls any monsters with ATK less than or equal to the ATK of the targeted Synchro Monster, it returns to the Extra Deck normally.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: I activate Mind Control, taking control of my opponent’s Goyo Chaser. In this situation, can I activate Synchro Cracker by targeting that Goyo Chaser?
A: Yes, you can. In that case, the targeted Synchro Monster is returned to its owner’s Extra Deck, and the rest of the effect is applied normally. Since Goyo Chaser has an original ATK of 1900, any face-up monsters on your opponent’s side of the field with 1900 or less ATK are destroyed. (Note that the monsters that are destroyed are those on the side of the field opposite of the player who activated Synchro Cracker, and which Extra Deck the Synchro Monster returns to does not make a difference.)

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: If Synchro Cracker is activated by targeting a Formula Synchron equipped with Unstable Evolution, whose original ATK is 2400, which monsters will be destroyed?
A: Even if the original ATK of a monster is changed by the effect of Unstable Evolution, Synchro Cracker will destroy monsters based on the printed original ATK of the targeted monster. (In this example, since Formula Synchron has an original ATK of 200, only monsters with 200 or less ATK are destroyed.)

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: If Hi-Speedroid Chanbarider (Level 5) is the only Synchro Monster in my Extra Deck, and Speedroid Red-Eyed Dice (Level 1) is the only Tuner monster in my hand, can I activate Dice Roll Battle by targeting either Speedroid Taketonborg (Level 3) or Speedroid Menkoto (Level 4) in my Graveyard?
A: In this situation, since Dice Roll Battle can only Special Summon a Level 5 Synchro Monster, it must target the Level 4 Speedroid Menkoto in your Graveyard. (Speedroid Taketonborg can only be targeted if you have a Level 4 Synchro Monster to Special Summon, so in this case it cannot be targeted.)

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: Can Dice Roll Battle be activated by targeting a Tuner monster such as Speedroid Three-Eyed Dice in the Graveyard?
A: Dice Roll Battle can be activated by targeting a “Speedroid” Tuner monster in your Graveyard. For example, if you targeted a Speedroid Three-Eyed Dice in your Graveyard, and banish another Speedroid Three-Eyed Dice in your hand, their total Levels equal 6, so you can Special Summon a Level 6 Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck such as Hi-Speedroid Kendama.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: Can the effect of Dice Roll Battle Special Summon a Synchro Monster from the Extra Deck other than a “Hi-Speedroid” monster?
A: When resolving Dice Roll Battle, as long as the combined Levels of the banished monsters are equal to the Level of the Synchro Monster you are Special Summoning, it does not have to be a “Hi-Speedroid” Synchro Monster.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: Is the Special Summon performed by the effect of Dice Roll Battle considered a Synchro Summon? Also, are the banished monsters treated as Synchro Material monsters?
A: The Special Summon performed by Dice Roll Battle is not considered a Synchro Summon. In addition, the monsters banished when resolving the effect are not treated as Synchro Material monsters.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: If Dice Roll Battle is activated, but Vanity’s Emptiness is chained, how does Dice Roll Battle resolve?
A: When Dice Roll Battle resolves, even if the effect of Vanity’s Emptiness is applying, the targeted monster in the Graveyard and a “Speedroid” Tuner in your hand are banished. (No monster is Special Summoned from the Extra Deck.)

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: If Dice Roll Battle is activated, but The Transmigration Prophecy is chained so that the targeted “Speedroid” monster is no longer in my Graveyard, how does Dice Roll Battle resolve?
A: When Dice Roll Battle resolves, if the targeted monster is no longer in the Graveyard, the effect is not applied. (You do not banish a “Speedroid” Tuner monster from your hand, nor do you Special Summon a Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck.)

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Q: If Dice Roll Battle is activated, but Mind Crush is chained so that I no longer have a “Speedroid” Tuner monster in my hand, how does Dice Roll Battle resolve?
A: Dice Roll Battle cannot resolve if you do not have a “Speedroid” Tuner monster in your hand to banish. (You do not banish the targeted monster from your Graveyard, nor do you Special Summon a Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck.)
