Browser Problem

So when i open firefox or any other browser i cant acces any website the bowser des open but when i enter a site nothing loads i might have to reinstall my windows,Cause i have tryd everything and it still does the same.Its probably some kind of virus,So im going for unnistalling my windows,Any Suggestions on what should i do?

im not good with these kinda stuff but have you tried restarting everything?

I'm not sure about Firefox, but with Chrome, I'd suggest going into the settings and check the Proxy Server settings. If it's trying to use a proxy server and you don't have that kind of thing set up, it will cause that sort of problem.
