I think that the right place to post this is on suggestion area, but this is more a message to admins. Well, i think that mods (or testers) need to have power above the 4 dorm groups (add/remove members from the dorms), because mods/testers can't actually put the member on the desired dorm after the test.

From past experience, I think the only way to do that is with administrator access. Perhaps the "head" of a group is also permitted to add to their group, but I am unsure.
