Will say this the card looks kinda hard to get out but its effect is pretty dang good

id say its effect is very good and it is not that hard to get out as its level might suggest, even without d rulers we have quite a few easily summoned level 7 monsters that can be used for level 8 dragon synchros and then synchro again for this guy, it seems easier then accel synchro monsters and red nova dragon at least, i just hope we will get belial and king calamity soon though
