Effect: Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 2 Dinosaur-Type monsters from your Graveyard. Once per turn, during either player's Main Phase: You can destroy 1 monster you control or in your hand, and if you do, change all face-up monsters your opponent controls to face-down Defense Position. This card can attack all monsters your opponent controls, once each. At the start of the Damage Step, when this card attacks a Defense Position monster: You can inflict 1000 damage to your opponent, and if you do, send that Defense Position monster to the Graveyard.

Opinion: Happy to see another Tyranno card, but there are many pluses that can be performed from this guy.

+ Easy summon condition for a lvl10
+ Summon condition cost can work it's way to Tyranno Infinity
+ Turns everything face down
+ Does not target
+ Can attack all monsters once each
+ Is not a forced/strict attack condition like Ultimate Tyranno
+ Does 1000 damage when attacking a defense position monster at the START of the damage step
+ Adds to great wombo comboes by sending defense position mosnters to the graveyard
+ Has decent attack stats to run over most boos monsters
+ Boss monsters usually have weak defense so flipping stuff down helps to run them over
+ Decent attack stats to work under Skill Drain and Light-Imprisoning Mirror
+ Ultimate Conductor Tyrano itself has decent enough defense stats
+ Pays homage to the two original boss monsters of Tyranno Hassleberry with card art and the effects themselves

- Can only be special summoned in one very specific way so vulnerable to anti-special summon methods
- RIP via Lava Golem, Kaiju, etc
- Can be targeted
- Creature Swap is still a thing
- Can't be searched easily (I need to be corrected by someone here)

He doesn't pierce. instead, i think it send the defense monster to graveyard (without flipping it, if face-down).

I can counter argue with the cant be searched easily phrase due to the addition of the new dino stratos monster.
