Pros:

• 1700 Beatstick
  

• Shutdowns decks that require a low attack monster to start and set a combo (Blue-eyes, PK Fire, Speedroid, Dante etc.)
  

• Can be used in Rank-Four Toolbox decks
  

• Triggers a combo with cards that activate when a card(s) is destroyed (like Metalfoes Counter for ex.)
  

• Anti-Meta card
  

• Was the Deck master of a Beast-Type Deck in The Duelists of the Roses
  

Cons:

• Takes up a Normal summon, when not using pendulums
  

• Can destroy itself when summoned with an ATK decrease (cards like Black Garden trigger this)
  

• Under-rated and old
  

• Works on both sides of field, not recommended with a deck that has a lot of low ATK monsters (Deskbots and Majespecter)
  

• Can be easily ran over (when facing decks that no 1400 or less ATK)

The card isn't bad and could be played in most decks. The effect is decent. Blue-eyes barely needs a low attacking monster to start of most of its combos. overall i would run at least 2 of it in a deck

I think this card can be a decent tech against Zodiacs which is gonna be coming this February.

I run the guy in Igknightfoes now, and he has been playing his part rather well...

However there is another Floodgate that kinda locks out weak monsters from being special summoned.

And that is Power Filter. I believe that too can be helpful.
