MADA September 2015 Changes

This will be a banlist that The Elite Four (Demon, Lint, Sketch and myself) determine what should get hit and come off. We will be updating the banlist every 2 weeks (with the exception being that this specific banlist will last until the beginning October). And we will be using this banlist for tournaments. Of course we will have 2 tournaments at a time. One with the regular Konami banlist and one with our banlist. The point of our banlist is to avoid one-sided player interaction.

I will list what The Elite Four have touched and removed off the banlist. We will also be having an overall banlist in a separate post that will update every 2 weeks beginning on October.
