MADA Tier 2 Tournament Discussion

I am wanting to make a tournament where Tier 2 decks and lowers are only allowed for use. What does this entail?

-Zoodiacs are not allowed
-True Dracos are not allowed
-Dinos are not allowed
-Paleos with Toadally Awesome is not allowed
(Paleos that don't run Toadally Awesome in the extra deck are fine)

I'd like to push for the Zoo Xyz being untouched since the Zoo deck itself is banned. Zoo Xyz aren't doing anything without the Zoo monsters except adding flexibility to decks that didn't otherwise have it.

What technically falls under "Dinos"? Considering that the deck is a mix of a lot of cards that don't share the same name. That and it sounds like the entire type of Dinosaur is disallowed.

What I'm disallowing when using the term "Dinos" is as followed:

Ultimate Conductor Tyranno
Souleating Oviraptor

If other cards used within the deck that should warrant a ban from this tournament, I'll remember to add it.

Zoodiac cards in the main deck is disallowed, Zoodiac Extra Deck cards are fine.

True Draco is disallowed.

Previously mentioned "Dinos" are disallowed.

Update, any deck that runs Toadally Awesome in the extra deck is disallowed.

-DuelingBook is how matches will be played. If both competitors consent to doing their match on another Yu-Gi-Oh simulator, this is fine. If there is an issue, the matches must be done on DuelingBook.
-DCing during the match results in a game loss, not a match loss. Unless both parties consent to a redo.

If you see a card not listed on here, the official June 2017 banlist is in effect. A card listed on here that differs from the list are the exceptions for this tournament.
