Hey everyone, thanks for a great time here! I loved it while it lasted, but I need to focus on my own academy right now. You have all been great and thanks to all of those that helped me grow, supported me, and helped me with my own academy, i cannot thank you enough.

An academia develops as long as their leaders pay attention to it and are present. The longer you are away from your academia. The faster and easier it crumbles.
But if you are present more. It starts to progress even if slowly.
I think this is especially true for the smaller academias.
