Attention Duelists!

Everyone likes to imagine "Which duelist would win between" scenarios. Like Kaiba vs Jack Atlas, Syrus vs Leo, Akiza vs Mai and so forth. In this tournament, players will build Character-themed decks and duke it out for supremacy! Listed below are the guidelines and rules for the deck and tournament.

Deck Guidelines

-Each deck must be based on any one character from one of the five anime series (YuGiOh, Gx, 5Ds, Zexal, and Arc-V).
-50% of the Main deck must consist of cards USED by that character. 20 different cards minimum. No dupliactes count towards this total.
-Character decks are NOT permitted to run Signature Cards used by OTHER characters. (I.e Crow's Blackwings cannot run Stardust Dragon)
-TCG and OCG are permitted but Proxy cards are not allowed.
-Each deck is permitted a single Forbidden card AS LONG as that card was used by that character AND ONLY that character. This means you cannot chose "Pot of Greed," "Monster Reborn," etc. (Ex. Pegasus can chose to run "Thousand-Eyes Restrict" or Kaiba can run "Cyber Jar.")

Tournament Rules
-Double Elimination
-Decks and Characters are locked, obviously.
-Inactivity in the tournament for 48 hours or more will result in a match loss.
(If you attempt to PM me or your opponent within the 48 hours, I will not consider it inactive.)
((In the event you and your opponent go 72 hours with conflicting time, I can reassign you to new foes.))
-As I am unsure of Side Decks, all Side Decks will need to be confirmed by me prior to finalizing decks.
-As with the previous rule, ALL decks need to be sent to me via PM so I may double check things. When you do, please list the cards that belong to the character.

I have one question if we choose kaiba may we choose to use pre eratta Crush Card Virus. And second would that count towards a banned card since CCV is at 1. Same thing with Ring of destruction.
