i wouldnt consider you a veteran, even i have been playing the game longer, altough i wasnt good untill about half way trough 5D´s or something, anyway who really cares about the title (SAME AS TITLE SAYS!!!!!!!!!!) the answer is no one (same as title says) cause really why care? I say people in low ratings are noobs, no offense, but it is true. Most people try to use Top Tier decks like Qli, and Abyss. Then they are the rest, whcih i Hat ethe most, People use the condition win decks, liek exodia. BUT the most annoying is the rage quit. So stupid.

personally i think mill is ok even if it is alternate win, its a shame it isnt consistent enough to see any play these days, i am working on a synchro mill deck though and before any one says anything about lightsworn they are not a true mill deck, milling myself goes against what i learned from my early days of playing this game
